The dates for our next round of Inductions are:

There are 10 places on each Induction, based on a first come first served basis.
We will help you to recruit your apprentices by:
- writing and promoting your apprentice vacancies
- carrying out an initial sift of the applications
- arranging interviews and assisting with interviewing and assessing candidates

The BIG news is that English and Welsh apprentices starting in 2017/18 will be funded by ESFA on a residential basis. Funding allocated to each apprentice includes an element to pay for their accommodation and meals, but not for travel. This means that TICA will arrange and pay for your apprentice’s accommodation on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, saving you effort and, more importantly, up to £5,000 per apprentice!
Currently the Scottish Government has no appetite to fund residential apprenticeships. However, TICA will support all Scottish Apprentices to the value of £1500 towards their accommodation costs when at the National Training Centre in Darlington.
