As an industry leading Thermal Insulation Contractor, City Insulation Contractors are in need of an Estimating Manager to build and manage a new commercial estimating department as part of their continued growth.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage and maintain estimating software
• Initial appraisal of tender opportunities
• Attend meetings with senior leadership to present tender opportunities
• Develop client portfolios and maintain key client relationships
• Attend site as required
• Preparation and delivery of tenders
• Completion of tender documentation and submission of tenders
• Prepare documentation and attend meetings to handover project to management team
• Develop and manage Estimating Department

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Self motivated
• Capable of managing own workload and management of a team
• Estimating or commercial experience essential
• Experience in Thermal Insulation would be beneficial
• Commercial Estimating/Quantity Surveyor experience would be beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and estimating software
• Knowledge of Sage Construct would be beneficial
• Hold a valid driving licence
