TICA has now moved to an e-portfolio system for Thermal Insulation apprentices and S/NVQ candidates.

All apprentices/candidates are issued with a smart assessor login upon induction; the e-portfolio is an electronic collection of evidence to show competency, which is assessed against the qualification being undertaken by the candidate.

Employers are able to track progress and see details of assessor visits for their apprentice/candidate.

The employer dashboard allows employers to see the progress of their apprentices/candidates and any outstanding actions/activities of the candidate.
